The privacy of our students is very important to us. We are providing this privacy statement to help students and their parents or guardians understand the limited ways we collect, use, and disclose students’ personal data in connection with the rider app.
In sum, the only personal data collected directly from students by this app is their device and account information, usage data, app and ride ratings, and geolocation information (but only to the extent necessary to display maps and the location of rides). We also may collect personal data about students from their parents or guardians and their school. Please see below for details.

- Rating. We may collect a student’s rating for the app and rides (the rating does not allow for any written or narrative input or attachments)
Information we collect from parents or guardians and schools

Information we obtain from other third-party sources
To the extent necessary for the provision of our services, we may also obtain certain information from other third-party sources, such as mapping software or information received from the device itself.
