Every Zum school bus driver holds a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the required passenger and school bus endorsements and meets school bus driver training requirements set by their state, plus additional Zum-specific standards. As a fully licensed CDL school bus driver, each team member also clears a comprehensive background check covering driving history, criminal record, and fitness to work with children, and receives ongoing safety training and performance coaching through Zum's safety toolkit.
