School Bus Driver Appreciation Week: Get to Know Some Outstanding Zum Drivers

At Zūm, we are proud to have the best school bus drivers in the business—and deeply grateful for their commitment to students, families, and the communities they serve. Our drivers are at the heart of everything we do. While our Connected Mobility Experience (CMX) platform powers the system with real-time visibility, smart routing, and operational efficiency, it’s our drivers who bring that system to life every single day.

In honor of National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day (April 28), all week we are celebrating the incredible people behind the wheel who safely transport students to and from school each day. Our drivers are more than operators—they are mentors, role models, and often the first smiling face a student sees in the morning and the last reassuring presence at the end of the day.

Across the country, Zum drivers go above and beyond to make a difference.

Every day, Zum drivers show up with dedication, heart, and a deep sense of responsibility. They don’t just transport students—they build trust, create routine, and help ensure that every child has access to education. They are amazing both on and off the bus, and they are the reason our system works.

To all of our drivers across the country: thank you. Your impact goes far beyond the road—you are essential to the communities you serve, and we are grateful for everything you do.
