Back to School 2025: Omaha, NE

Welcome back to school, Omaha!

This week Zūm held a back-to-school kickoff celebration for its team of drivers and staff in Omaha, Neb. The 2025-26 school year marks the second year of Zum’s partnership with Omaha Public Schools, and we are eager to deliver another year of safe, reliable rides to this school community.

“We have an excellent team of drivers and staff, and we’re fully prepared for the new school year with advanced driver training and top-of-the-line equipment and technology,” said Richard Lindell, Regional Manager at Zum. “It’s an honor to serve this school community, and we have an excellent program in place to ensure every child arrives at school safely and on time.” 

In addition to highly trained drivers and state-of-the-art school buses equipped with air conditioning and driver seats with lumbar support, Zum integrates data-driven routing, driver tracking and enhanced safety measures, offering families real-time updates through a mobile app. 

Zum manages and operates modern student transportation in 14 states and is rapidly expanding nationwide.
